Come join us to illustrate late this September, in the first of our late openings.
Join Moonhead Studios – illustrators Andrew Rae and Chrissie Macdonald – with special guest MURUGIAH, for an evening of live drawing and music on Thursday 24 September.
Watch MURUGIAH and Andrew Rae create live projected art. Get involved by creating your own collaged and hand-drawn artwork to place underneath Chrissie’s custom-made kaleidoscope, for you to film and photograph. Andrew will also be playing live mellow music to set the mood. Everyone is welcome!
Deeney’s Café will be open serving drinks and snacks throughout the evening. It’s also a perfect opportunity to enjoy our exhibitions after-hours. Make sure to visit MURUGIAH: Ever Feel Like…, and meet the artist, before the exhibition closes on Sunday 4 October.
The evening is free and drop-in but booking is required to visit our exhibitions Quentin Blake: Performance, MURUGIAH: Ever Feel Like…, and Queer as Comics.
